Assessments & Reports

Working in government disability and education sectors I have significant expertise in conducting assessments and preparing reports for a range of settings including Functional Capacity Assessments, Biopsychosocial Reports and Guardianship and Administration reports for example. Biopsychosocial reports sensitively pull together information from multiple sources across different environmental settings about an individual’s biological, psychological and social situation that impacts their functioning. I am also able to draw on a number of additional functional assessment tools and incorporate those within my reports, including:
